The cost of a service call depends on multiple factors such as the time(day or night), weather condition, distance, etc. Under normal condition, within one hour service visit and troubleshooting cost 50$.
For service performed outside Fort St John, additional travel fees will apply.

When you submit a service request or make a phone call for a service, please remember to leave your contacts, reason for service, model number of equipment, issues, pictures, short videos, etc.

How long does a troubleshooting/repair take?
The time required to do a troubleshooting depends on the complexity of equipment, issues, risks, and accessibility. We will give you an estimated time upon visit.
The repair time also depends on the complexity of equipment/issues, availability of parts, the requirements of special tools if applicable. We will give you an estimated quote on your case, it’s up to you either continue with a repair or not.
Can I drop off my broken equipment for a repair?
Yes, you are encouraged to drop off your equipment in case it’s easy to bring it to me. A diagnosis result and quote for repair will be sent to you once it’s available.
You don’t have to pay for the parts(if applicable) during the repair, you can make the payment when you pickup your equipment.
HOW MANY MONTHS REPAIR GUARANTEE Do i have?
There are three months’ repair guarantee. In case the same problem happens within three months after the repair, we will give you another service free of charge.
